Windmill Pointe Village is a family owned and operated community that is committed to providing you and your family the best possible manufactured home community living experience.

Windmill Pointe Village is a peaceful community in the beautiful Kentwood area.  We are located on 48th Street, one block west of Eastern Ave.  We are just minutes from downtown Grand Rapids.

Our office and clubhouse is located just inside the entrance in a charming restored barn.  The clubhouse is available to our residents who would like to use it for a birthday party, baby shower, an anniversary, or just to have a Tupperware party.  We also have community activities to help build a great sense of community involvement.
